Sales Admissions Intern (100%)

 

The Job's Mission


Provide support for sales and admissions activities and administration along with support on sales outreach.


Key activities & accountabilities

  • Perform sales administration tasks and related projects via SalesForce and other platform tools or software - on leads, opportunities, applications updates and clean-up.
  • Interact with prospects: qualify the direct, in-bound requests for information and sales leads for assigned Open Programs. Engage with potential participants via webchat, telephone, email, escalate to members of the team.
  • Monitor, manage and/or escalate submitted applications and CSS Team interface activities ensuring that applications are gathered from clients timely, when necessary (for example a team application), are complete and approval process is done on time.
  • Contribute to efforts when necessary to ensure highest quality registration experience, by working closely with Client Services Specialists in the EDS team and other IMD teams, for example Operations Team.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor level student currently studying business, marketing, sales or commercial areas. 

 

You bring:

  • Administration tasks, in commercial environment.
  • Any job experience welcomed.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills – use of MS Office, interaction with platforms, etc.
  • English mother tongue or complete fluency, French and any other languages a plus
  • Good oral (telephone and face-to-face) and written communications skills
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and produce consistently quality work
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Sense of initiative with attention to details
