We are looking for a dynamic intern to support the MBA Participant Experience and Academic Services related operations.

 

Our MBA program is delivered face-to-face.

 

Key activities & accountabilities

Supporting the MBA Participant Experience and Academic Services in the following areas:

  • Support the organization of the MBA programs with high-level service and worldclass standards
  • Coordination of the program deliverables and gather teaching material from Faculty members and liaise with other internal departments (marketing, communication, F&B, etc.)
  • Support the International Consulting Projects (ICPs) coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks, follow-up with different departments, and ensure program logistics such as organising special events, meetings, and support to guest speakers
  • Support the creation of learning portals
  • Record participants attendance and absence
  • Provide support to participants during the program
  • Carry out general secretarial and other duties as required
  • Collaboration on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and participant experience
  • Support with digital sessions

 

Formula for success

 

Education

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management
  • Commercial diploma with strong experience in a multicultural customer relations role is also possible

 

Experience

  • Experience of other cultures or working in an international environment
  • Demonstrated organization and administration skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in an independent manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently both in writing and in spoken interactions
  • Team player is a must, as you will work closely with other members of the Degree Programs department and the participants
  • Stress management, customer-oriented, professional
  • Time management, organization, and coordination skills
  • Diplomatic and discreet, proactive
  • Excellent English: French and other languages are an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Office 365)
