Institutional Projects Coordinator

(80%-100%)

 

 

The Job's Mission

The Institutional Projects coordinator will support the Head of Public Affairs and the Accreditation Team in the process of accreditation, and publication of institutional reports (AMBA-AACSB-EQUIS accreditations, Swiss accreditation, impact report, public affairs exchanges etc.).

 

 

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Coordinate data collection and information for timely accreditation reporting to AACSB, EFMD EQUIS, AMBA, and AAQ (Swiss Accreditation), including mid-term reports, yearly surveys and expense processes
  • Provide support to institutional impact/assessment reports, such as the EFMD’s Business School Impact System project
  • Assist the Head of Public Affairs and the Accreditation team in the drafting and submission of accreditation reports and in the preparation for accreditation visits 
  • Provide assistance to the Head of Public Affairs for strengthening institutional relations with the authorities and organization of meetings/events
  • Support the submission and consolidation of assurance of learning documents; advise colleagues in degree program offices on assurance of learning protocols
  • Support for coordination of rankings
  • Support the preparation of the Annual report, intranet articles, IMD News and Impact stories  
  • Support for communication channels: French newsletters, articles in French, etc.
  • Organize the inventory and consolidation of existing policies
  • Organize nominations to award competitions (AACSB, etc.).

 


Education

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Political Science, Journalism, Economics, etc.


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Experience working in an international environment
