IT Support Engineer (100%)
Why we are recruiting
Every now and then, it’s time to welcome fresh talent to the team. A recent shift in roles has created an exciting opportunity for a new IT Support Engineer to join us. That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for our next star team member—a cool, motivated, and skilled IT Support Engineer to help us continue delivering top-notch support to our colleagues, Participants and clients.
Your main responsibilities
You probably know what an IT Support Engineer does, or you wouldn’t be reading this. But here’s the deal: you’ll be helping diverse groups of people on a variety of platforms and solutions. We’re mostly a Windows institution, but we also support Macs and iOS devices. With a large (and beautiful) campus to cover, expect to rack up those steps some days—don’t worry, we’ve got free coffee to keep you going. Plus, you’ll always have your teammates’ endless support.
Our campus boasts cutting-edge conferencing rooms, high-impact learning auditoriums, and some downright crazy devices. You’ll occasionally team up with our amazing AV colleagues to ensure all these systems run smoothly, so being tech-savvy and open to diving into the world of AV is a plus.
Within the team, you’ll focus on areas where you already excel—because we get that no one’s an expert in everything. But we’ll also encourage you to expand your skills and tackle new challenges because continuous learning is part of the adventure.
What we’re looking for?
We need someone who’s better with people than with computers (but hey, you’ll still need to be great with computers, too). Troubleshooting, managing projects, and handling a wide range of tech issues will be part of your day-to-day. If you’ve got experience writing procedures, processes, or knowledge articles—wow, you’re the unicorn we’ve been waiting for!
Why join us?
This isn’t just an IT job. It’s an opportunity to be part of the most awesome team. We support our colleagues and each other while having fun along the way. If this sounds like you, get your application in ASAP. We can’t wait to meet you!
How to apply
If you have the above skills and would like to work in our stimulating environment, please send your complete application file (letter of motivation and resume in English, copies of your work certificates and diplomas).
