What You’ll Do

 

Recruiter Partnership Management
•     Identify and nurture relationships with key recruiters across industries such that 
•     Lead outreach and engagement strategies with core and emerging companies
•     Facilitate recruiter participation in campus and virtual events
•     Source and promote job opportunities via our employment platform

 

Student & Alumni Engagement
•     Build trust and offer career guidance through 1:1 and group sessions
•     Share market insights and hiring trends
•     Mentor student sector clubs and organize alumni-student networks

 

What You’ll Bring
You will have had a successful professional career with a track record of building client relationships from the ground-up. You are comfortable identifying and reaching out to individuals and companies, understanding their needs and mapping that to student career aspirations at MBA level and beyond.  You will also have mentoring and coaching skills that will enable you to share insights with our student body.

While we welcome applications from all professional backgrounds, we have a particular interest in individuals with at least one of consulting, finance or executive search experience, possibly coupled with an understanding of business school degree education at MBA and executive level.
