Executive MBA Student Engagement Coordination Intern (100%) / February, 1 2026 – August, 31 2026

We are looking for a dynamic intern to support the EMBA Student Engagement and Academic Affairs related operations. Our EMBA program is delivered virtually and face-to-face.


Key activities & accountabilities Supporting the Student Engagement Team in the following areas: 
•    Delivery of the EMBA programs with high-level service and world-class standards 
•    Coordination of the program deliverables and gather teaching material from Faculty members and liaise with other internal departments (marketing, communication, F&B, etc.) 
•    Learning management system to support participants’ learning experience 
•    Answer requests from the participants during the virtual and face-to-face sessions 
•    Carry out general academic affairs tasks (supplier contracting, NDA, purchase orders, invoicing, and other duties)
•    Support the delivery of virtual sessions and webinars


Formula for success

 

Education 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or marketing
  • Other business management certification with strong experience in a multicultural customer relations role also possible

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in an independent manner 
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Team player is a must, as you will work closely to other members of the Student Engagement & Academic Affairs department and the students/participants
  • Stress management, customer-oriented, professional
  • Time management, organization, and coordination skills
  • Diplomatic and discreet, proactive
  • Excellent English and Good French; other languages are an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
