Digital Alumni Engagement Intern (100%) 1 February – 31 July 2027

 

The Job's Mission
 
The Digital Alumni Engagement Intern supports IMD’s efforts to build a vibrant, connected, and engaged global alumni community. Through content creation, social media management, Alumni App promotion, analytics, and alumni event support, the intern helps deliver digital and in person experiences that encourage lifelong learning, meaningful connections, and active participation across the IMD alumni network.

 

Key activities & accountabilities

  • Support the IAA and alumni team as it drives adoption of the new IMD Alumni App, a digital platform for alumni engagement. 
  • Create and schedule content for alumni social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and the IMD Alumni App.
  • Assist with the management and promotion of the IMD Alumni App, including content updates, user engagement campaigns, and analytics tracking.
  • Assist alumni with troubleshooting. 
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly engagement reports.
  • Support digital marketing efforts for alumni events, reunions, and webinars.
  • Stay abreast of social media and community engagement trends and recommend new ideas to enhance alumni participation.
  • Support alumni events, especially alumni reunions and post on social media.

 

Formula for success

Education

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

 

Ideal Profile

  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in an international environment is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated organizational and administration skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in an independent manner 
  • Customer-oriented
