Video Production Intern (100%) / August 1, 2024 – January 31, 2025
 

The Job's Mission

 

Our ambitious Creative Production team is seeking a Video Production Intern to support coordination of day-to-day operations.

You will be joining a talented, dynamic, and multicultural team that is responsible for IMD’s vast amount of video output covering campus events, online and on-campus programs, marketing content and pedagogical video productions.

You will help organize video productions, support proper scheduling and crew management, and assist on diverse filming in diverse roles.
The role of Creative Production Intern is at the core of the video production team. She/he ensures that the logistical and administrative support is seamless in order to enable the other team members to focus on their tasks and stakeholders.

 

Key activities & accountabilities

  • Support the creative production and learning teams with logistical and admin tasks
  • Provide support in managing incoming video and editing requests
  • Provide support in scheduling video productions and allocating crew resources 
  • Assist video team on video productions in studio and across IMD campus
  • Support production team with basic editing tasks

 

Formula for success

 

Education

  • Currently enrolled in studies (BA in progress, in Hospitality management, Communication, Tourism or Marketing) 

  
Competencies and skills

  • Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in an independent and proactive manner 
  • Strong curiosity to learn and desire to show initiative
  • Diplomatic and discreet
  • Strong team spirit is a must, as you will be working with other teams and stakeholders
  • English fluent, good command of French or other languages an advantage
  • Good written communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
