The Job's Mission

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and creative team player to help us deliver world-class coaching journey and experiences at IMD.


Key activities & accountabilities

  • Orchestrate executive coaching programs - including scheduling, data management, contract management, etc.
  • Acquire and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Executive Coaching Services processes and vision.
  • Be the go-to person for coaches, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of the full lifecycle of the Executive coaching services. Help close the loop and compare contracted revenues with actuals (also in terms of design)
  • Lead and energize our coaching community—plan events, onboard new coaches, and support continuous learning.
  • Keep our communications sharp and our community connected, both online and in person.
  • Help us innovate—optimize processes, support new tech rollouts, and contribute to special projects. A specific focus will be required on the implementation and development of a new coaching platform
  • Carry out general secretarial and other administrative duties, including keeping database up to date, calendar management, purchase orders, etc.

 

Formula for success

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Outstanding ability to organise, prioritise and produce consistently high-quality work
  • Strong attention to details
  • High level of Client service skills, respect confidentiality, diplomatic
  • Highly flexible to adapt to internal and external changes
  • Fluent English and French (spoken and written).
  • Tech-savvy () including database management, excel, ppt.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends upon Events
