Career Development Center Intern 100% / February, 1 2026 – July, 31 2026

 

The Job's Mission

We are looking for dynamic intern to support the Career Development Center (CDC).


Key activities & accountabilities

  • Providing general administrative support for the CDC and contributing to process improvements (e.g., Excel lists, student groups creation, photos, printing materials, etc.)
  • Collecting feedback and creating surveys using Qualtrics.
  • Managing logistical tasks such as room bookings, calendar scheduling, and related coordination.
  • Tracking attendance at CDC events.
  • Supporting the planning, logistics, and follow-up of CDC events (e.g., visitor badges, lunch bookings, postings, gift preparation, room signage)
  • Maintaining and updating CDC systems (e.g., 12twenty, Canvas, Teams, Salesforce) with relevant content such as events, assignments, workshops, job opportunities, resource library items, and contact details.
  • Assisting the CDC team with ad hoc requests and operational needs.
  • Raising and processing Purchase orders and invoices
  • Organising and streamlining the CDC shared folder, enhancing the structure and filing system.
  • Developing and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Engaging with students in relation to logistics management and communication
  • Collaborating with other colleagues across CDC, Degree Programmes and IMD as a whole

 

Formula for success

 

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

 

Experience

  • Must be enrolled in a University for the duration of the contract

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Team player is a must, as you will work closely to other members of the MBA office
