Academic Affairs Coordinator (Fixed-term contract: 1 February 2026 to 31 October 2026)
The Job’s Mission
The Academic Affairs Coordinator works closely with the Academic Affairs Manager to provide consistency and compliance across academic processes of IMD’s Degree Programs. This role supports academic scheduling, assessment administration, student records, and academic policy implementation—liaising with faculty and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery of academic related components
Key Activities & Accountabilities
- Academic Operations: Support the Academic Affairs Manager in course scheduling, grading processes, exam logistics, and the accurate maintenance of academic records across all programs.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IMD academic policies, and data accuracy in student information systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Program Directors, faculty, program delivery teams, and accreditation partners to align academic operations within all degree programs.
- Ensure that all academic touchpoints are handled in timely manner, with professionalism, and clarity.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, education, or related field.
Experience
- Previous experience in an academic institution is a strong asset
- Experience of other cultures or working in an international environment
- Demonstrated organization and administration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
